Definitely a local dive with great burgers! Restaurant is very small and seems to do most to go but if you can snag a stool at the bar you are in for a great homemade burger done right. Staff is very friendly and attentive. If in Paris at lunch time you have to give this place a try! And don't skip the homemade fries!
Get ready to step back in time at this small town burger outpost. Appears to be perineally busy so don't be in a hurry. Trust me,one of the reasons I day tripped here today was specifically to catch a burger smashed and caramelized on this ancient flat top grill. Add the best( I routinely seek these out) hand cut fries I have possibly ever Placed in my mouth and it's approaching burger Nirvana . The Patio is dog friendly and it's a good thing as CowGirl was riding shotgun with me today. She had her fill of burger and fries giving a five paws. Go....now!
Such a great experience. Just passing through Paris and took a chance based on reviews. Burger was delicious, fries perfect but watching the "make a perfect burger show" was just incredible! Stepped back in time ! Loved it! Saw the chili cheese dog and have to try that if I get to go back.
We were passing through town and this place caught my eye. I made mention to my husband and we stopped to check it out. The servers were very prompt and polite. The food was amazing! The best restaurant burger I've had in years and the fries were hand cut and fresh! Not to mention they had Red Dirt music playing so it really set the mood. This will be a stop anytime we are in the area.
Best Burger in all of Texas ! And maybe even all of the South! Their Ranch is delish, our fave is: cheese burger mustard all the way with raw and grilled onions and grilled jalapeños with xtra pickles! Service is phenomenal, the crew is *NSYNC and always on point. Best cook ever - Noah!!! His burgers are always on point ! Diner vibe! Ambiance is super chill. It's a great experience
Absolutely fantastic burgers, unique burger salads and the most amazing fries! Believe me; you only need one order. The service is friendly and efficient. I love the setup with the old timey diner atmosphere and stools to sit at and enjoy your meal. I want to get the patty melt next time. I could dream about how delicious that will be. You have to visit Burgerland when you are in Paris! I highly recommend.

Best burger we have ever had! We got the double with everything plus mushrooms & American cheese. Get the burger salad if you're trying to skip the carbs ... however best believe that the fries are 100% amazing! Worth every calorie! The staff is excellent and attentive! It is small inside, but plenty of seats outside if you have a big party.
